The challenge
A large biryani and curry menu, a busy catering business and three delivery platforms — across several cities. Each location needed its own menu, tables and staff, while ownership needed one view of the whole group.
PLACEHOLDER — add the owner's own words: what they used before and what wasn't working.
How they run on Bloom
- Branches: each location is fully separate — its own menu, orders, tables, staff, payments and look — and managers switch between them from one login.
- Menu: 245 dishes in 20 categories, with spice levels, dietary tags and chef assignment, kept separately for the restaurant and each delivery app.
- Kitchen: tickets route to kitchen and bar stations; the chef dashboard shows what each cook is handling.
- Reporting: sales filtered by branch, order type, platform, payment and category.

The results
PLACEHOLDER — add 2–3 measured results (for example: ticket times, order volume on delivery apps, hours saved on menu updates). Use real numbers only.
